Membership
Membership and Subscription Rates
The membership year is from January 1 to December 31. Members will receive four (4) print copies and/or electronic editions of Canadian Holmes during the membership year. Electronic editions of Canadian Holmes will only be made available via download from the Members Only section of the Bootmakers of Toronto website.
Canadian Premier — Cdn$50.00
Includes four (4) print copies of Canadian Holmes per calendar year, plus notices to two (2) e-mail addresses, as well as access to the Members Only section of the Bootmakers of Toronto website containing the current Canadian Holmes and archived copies in PDF format.
Canadian Regular — Cdn$35.00
Includes four (4) electronic editions of Canadian Holmes in PDF format per calendar year, plus notices to two (2) e-mail addresses, as well as access to the Members Only section of the Bootmakers of Toronto website containing the current Canadian Holmes and archived copies in PDF format.
Canadian Student — Cdn$25.00
Full‑time Canadian secondary or post‑secondary students. Includes four (4) electronic editions of Canadian Holmes in PDF format per calendar year, plus notices to one (1) e-mail address, as well as access to the Members Only section of the Bootmakers of Toronto website containing the current Canadian Holmes and archived copies in PDF format.
US or International Premier — US$50.00

US or International Regular — US$35.00
